Meet Your Dosha Vibe

  • You, love, are the breeze that stirs the leaves, the spark of inspiration before sunrise, the one who dances between worlds. Your energy is light, intuitive, creative, always in motion — body, mind, and heart.

    When you’re in rhythm, you’re magnetic. Ideas flow, your spirit soars, and you light up the room without trying.
    When you’re out of sync, you might feel spacey, anxious, or like you’ve floated too far from your body.

    Your balancing magic: Grounding rituals, warm nourishment, slow steady rhythms.

    Try this:

    • Oil your body with warm sesame oil and move gently, slowly.

    • Eat warm, spiced, grounding food.

    • Choose soft yoga, cozy rest, and stillness between your sparkles.

    You don’t need to be tamed — just tethered gently to what nourishes you.

  • You’re a flame with purpose, the one who gets things done while others are still thinking about it. Driven, passionate, discerning — you’ve got vision, edge, and heart.

    When you’re balanced, you’re sharp, clear, and unstoppable (in the best way).
    When pushed too far, you might feel irritated, overheated, or caught in the “everything must be perfect” spiral.

    Your balancing magic: Cooling practices, softening structure, playful pauses.

    Try this:

    • Sip mint or rose tea, take barefoot walks in the shade.

    • Let your movement be fluid, not fiery.

    • Let joy (not hustle) guide your rituals.

    When out of balance, you might feel heavy, unmotivated, or stuck in emotional fog.

    Your balancing magic: Uplifting rituals, stimulating movement, lightness and spice.

    Try this:

    • Dance yourself awake in the morning sun.

    • Sip ginger tea, dry brush your skin, add some play to your practice.

    • Say yes to spontaneity, fresh air, and rhythm that moves you.

    You don’t need to speed up — just spark your flow and shake off the fog.
